About Mark

Mark Guleserian has more than 30-years’ experience as an accomplished business and academic professional in the areas of construction, engineering and management.

As a corporate professional, he has been affiliated with the firms: Heery International, Inc., Parsons Brinckerhoff, McDevitt Street Company, Dugan & Meyers Construction and Bond Brothers Construction; having served in roles of Program Director, Senior Construction Engineer, Project Executive, Project Manager, Construction Manager, Project Controls Engineer and a host of others.

Having acquired a comprehensive mix of “construction engineering” skills, throughout his career, Mr. Guleserian is a versatile leader with a proven track record of successes in all sectors of the construction industry including: residential and non-residential building (commercial/institutional), infrastructure and industrial developments. In addition to a practicing industry professional, Mr. Guleserian is a passionate and dedicated “academic” known particularly for bridging formal classroom instruction with that of real-world situations. As an adjunct instructor, for various construction degree and certification programs of study, his advanced-educational affiliations have included: Kennesaw State University (GA), Georgia Institute of Technology, Georgia Section of the Associated General Contractors, and Gwinnett Technical College (GA); where he also served briefly as Interim Director for the college’s 2-year, Associates in Construction Management Degree Program, and Member/Vice Chairman of the CCM Advisory Board for more than ten years.

Mr. Guleserian maintains memberships in several national organizations including: the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE), Construction Managers Association of America (CMAA), Associated General Contractors (AGC) and others. In addition to the memberships, he has served in positions as an officer, director and board member at the local chapter level along with participating on countless committees.

Mr. Guleserian has earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering (BSCE) from Northeastern University, Boston, Massachusetts and a Master of Science in Civil Engineering (MSCE) from the Georgia Institute of Technology, Atlanta, Georgia. He is certified by the Georgia State Board of Registration for Professional Engineers and Land Surveyors as an Engineer-In-Training (EIT); certified Level 1A by the Georgia Soil and Water Conservation Commission (GSWCC) and has completed the 30-Hour OSHA training course in Construction Safety and Health.

Mr. Guleserian currently resides in West Cobb County, Georgia
